Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

Rivermark Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Fort Worth with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
