Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Cedar Health is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
