Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Pike Auto Group Associates is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
