Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield West Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
