Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Clear Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Denver with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Denver. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
