Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Denver, CO)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Denver. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
