Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Fox Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Dallas, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on subcontractor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
