Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

Nova Hollow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Columbus. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We invest in training. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
