Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Granite Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
