Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Maple Press Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
