Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Columbus, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
