Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Keystone Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
