Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Quarry Farms and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
