Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge River Insurance is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
