Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Cleveland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 246 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
