Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Cross Legal Group is a law firm in Cleveland serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 205 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
