Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Quarry Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Cleveland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 557 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
