Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Pine Financial Partners serves customers across Cleveland with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
