Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Wren Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cleveland area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
