Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Lakeside Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Cincinnati design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
