Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Wilder Property Management manages apartment communities around Cincinnati, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
