Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Chicago. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
