Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Lumen Kestrel Pharma and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
