Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Quill Legal Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
