Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Meridian Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Boston. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
