Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Redstone Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Boston, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
