Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Wren Banking Services is a regional lender in Boston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 531 people based in Boston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
