Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fox Learning Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
