Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Field Manufacturing is a Boise manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
