Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Ridge Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
