Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Redstone Kestrel Housing and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
