Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Beacon Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 700 people based in Boise. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
