Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

Redstone Bright Financial is a financial-services company in Boise, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
