Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Pine Manufacturing is a Boise manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Boise. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
