Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Quill Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
