Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

Redstone Quarry Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Boise, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
