Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Clearpath North Insurance Associates and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 233 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
