Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Wilder Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
