Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Birmingham with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
