Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Baltimore, MD)

Fernwood Maple Learning Group is an education provider in Baltimore serving students and families, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 313 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
