Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Bright Financial Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
