Stonegate Amber Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
