Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Austin region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 578 people based in Austin. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
