Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Lumen Fox Property Management is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
