Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Cross Hospitality is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
