Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Vista Staffing Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with candidate screening. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
