Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Early Learning and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
