Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Lumen Sable Markets serves neighbourhoods around Austin with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
