Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Nova Ivory Banking Services is a regional lender in Austin with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Austin. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
