Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Austin, TX)

Bluepeak Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Austin serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
